You get migraines

I have been having "classical" migraines
since 15 years of age. That's 25 years.

I feel a little detached from the migraines now. Two reasons: I have good
drugs to make them stop; and I have been reading about all the people in
our culture, and in history, who have had migraines in their lives. I
don't suppose it's a good deal of comfort to someone who has migraines
regularly, and all the pain that goes with them, but you are not alone.

For starters here are my top two migraine book picks. The first one is a coping book, and the second one is academic, but incredibly helpful.
